Emotional Freedom Face-Lift is a unique source book on empowerment and emotional freedom techniques that will also help you to feel more youthful, at the same time. 
We are living during a pivotal, trans-formative time period in history on our planet right now with many unexpected stressors. All of us will be and many are presently being called to 'awaken' NOW!
​Along with the planetary shifts, the pandemics and many agendas being revealed to us, many of us will be bombarded, unprepared  and challenged like never before.

These types of stressors will either age us,  make us very ill or even kill us. When I wrote this book many years ago in 2010, I desired to write about the predicted times and also how it would or could age us and make us miserable ..... I also wanted to show a way to maintain our youth and remain in our center during these 'trying' times. 

Many of you may be feeling the accelerations, the stresses, the fear, the tensions, maybe even the panic of our current times. I know that I have felt the pressures as well as having observed them amongst my clients and friends. FEAR and STRESS ages us, depletes our immunity faster than anything else. Negative emotions (fear, anger, rage, depression, anxiety etc.) particularly, have a much more 'toxic' impact. My Emotional Freedom Face-Lift (EFFL) book was written with this in mind in: a) how to offer a refreshing approach to our fast-paced, stressed-out lives as well as b) how to clear negative emotions (fear, anxiety, anger, frustrations), in a simple enough way that was powerful while c) at the same time lifting our facial appearance.

Our ancestors tell us that 'We are the ones we have been waiting for'- and it's time that we understood what this truly means.
 
I combined and simplified many modalities in this book with countless insights gained through my numerous years of clinical practice using herbal knowledge with energy psychology  procedures. My teaching and my love of integrating many outstanding  energy medicine techniques has made this book a ready tool for anyone who wants emotional freedom quickly and easily along with feeling rejuvenated and energized.

This book takes you, the reader on a journey from the quantum physics world to ancient principles of healing the body/mind. My desire is to assist you during this time period of the Great Planetary Shift that started from 2012 and going into 2020 and beyond.  We're in them now, in 2020.

I incorporated the Mayans and Hopis’ messages along with other current scientists for our consciousness evolvement, making this book an intriguing and an unusual guide. It's enjoyable to do as well as beautifying to your soul, spirit and face.
